Yoga for the Mind
This is an eight week course designed specifically for anyone experiencing symptoms of stress, anxiety and/or depression.
Each session builds on practices from the previous week, and I will guide you through tools that use your breath, body and mind to self-regulate and build resiliency.
Course length: 8 weeks (one 90-minute session per week)
Yoga for Restful Sleep
For the over-tired, exhausted and curious, and facilitators. Learn some practices for restful sleep and self care.
A course of studying & snoozing for yoga teachers and practitioners, health professionals and those who are looking to improve their relationship with sleep.
If you are caring for others who are suffering from sleeplessness and insomnia, this course will facilitate your care for them.
Course includes experiential learning, restful stories, yoga nidras, with presentations on scientific perspectives, philosophy and psychology.

Yoga 4 Health
The Yoga4Health 'Yoga on Prescription' course is a 10-week programme which will support you to gain self-care skills by learning yoga, breathing, relaxation and mindfulness techniques.
No prior experience is needed, and the gentle stretching and strengthening yoga postures can be done in a chair or on a yoga mat.
Each of the ten two-hour sessions include:
• Breathing practices
• Simple yoga postures
• Meditation and mindfulness
• Relaxation
• Group discussion
The Yoga4Health evidence-based programme was commissioned by the NHS, and created by the Yoga in Healthcare Alliance. It fuses the wisdom of ancient practices with modern medical science. The programme’s benefits have been validated by Westminster University.
Yoga4Health classes are inclusive and secular and do not promote any religious position.
